About West Shore Beach Clean and Keep Wales Tidy Scheme

The West Shore Beach Clean is a community-led environmental event aligned with the Keep Wales Tidy scheme, a national voluntary environmental charity working to achieve a clean, safe and tidy Wales through litter prevention, community engagement and practical action with local groups and volunteers.

As part of the Spring Clean Cymru effort, Keep Wales Tidy supports organised litter picks on beaches, parks and waterways across Wales, inspiring local residents to collect and dispose of litter safely, protect wildlife, and help maintain healthy, attractive coastal environments.
