About The Event
Families will join together to create hand-drawn and written "Kindness Cards" with small, colourful artworks to brighten the day of other children in need in our community. Using a variety of bright, child-friendly materials, families will write friendly messages and create small gifts to be shared with children in a local hospital.
This session is a simple but meaningful way for young volunteers to practice kindness and help a peer feel more connected and supported. Through letter writing and simple crafts, young volunteers and their grown-ups will share friendly messages and warm wishes to create a meaningful connection. It's a gentle, hands-on way for young children to see how a simple handmade gesture can make a big difference to others.
