About The Event
Come and join us for a super-fun, creative afternoon where families can help make something truly special for brand-new mums celebrating their very first Mother’s Day.
Together, we’ll create beautiful sunflower wreaths, decorating them with bright colours, ribbons, and lots of happy, sunshine-filled creativity. It’s the perfect opportunity for children to get hands-on, express themselves, and take pride in making a thoughtful gift.
Families will also help put together feel-good gift bags filled with lovely treats to bring smiles to new mums. To make each gift even more meaningful, children will decorate sunflower seed packets for mums to take home. When the seeds are planted, the sunflower will grow alongside their new baby a magical keepsake they’ll treasure.
All of the handmade gifts will be distributed to new mums who attend Baby Shed in Stevenage, helping to share love and support with families in the local community.
