About The Event
Come and help us pick fresh strawberries, then make up delicious afternoon tea packs, adding scones and jam for the perfect afternoon tea! These will then be given to the Friendship Group for vulnerable older adults in Stevenage, who meet once a month. This will be a fun session and a meaningful way to give back whilst enjoying strawberry picking and being out in the fresh air.
Please read this important information berore booking:
- This session is taking place indoors and hand sanitiser will be available. You are kindly asked not to attend if you or any of your household are displaying symptoms of coronavirus or illnesses that could be passed on, particularly given you will be handling food.
- The session is most suitable for ages 2+ but babes in slings/buggies are welcome too.
- Spaces are free, though limited. Please book in advance.
