About The Event

Join us for a fun-filled morning as we work with Bag Books to help tidy and sort their workshop. We will be sorting, sticking, filling and emptying. We will also find out about the charity and the work they do, and have a storytelling session using their resources.

Bag Books, based in Battersea, is a charity that publishes multi-sensory books and storytelling for people with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities. Their stories are told through voice and emotion rather than words and pictures.

Useful info:

- This session is taking place indoors and hand sanitizer will be available.

- You are kindly asked not to attend if you or any of your household are displaying symptoms of coronavirus.

- The activity is most suitable for children aged 2+ but babes in arms in slings / buggies are welcome.

- Spaces are free, though spaces are limited. Please book in advance.

- When booking please select one space per person (whether adult or child).

- All children must be accompanied by an adult.

- This session is part of our Lambeth and Southwark programme kindly supported by a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund.
