About The Event

Working in partnership with Invisible Palace we will be helping with some gardening at Jubilee Gardens (next to the bus station and the Vicar’s Oak). We will be planting with sustainable plants rather than ornamental bedding, which can be wasteful, and will be adding some new flowering plants to the beds and will sow some seeds. We are hoping to create a friendly space for both wildlife and people.

Invisible Palace is a charity based in South East London which brings people from a whole range of backgrounds together through shared interests for collective activity. Working across the five boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, in the neighbourhoods that surround Crystal Palace Park.

Invisible Palace creates activities which are active and practical, with an emphasis on experiential learning that is rooted in the story of the local area and people’s place within it invisiblepalace.org.uk
