About The Event

Are you ready for a fun-filled outdoor activity? Time to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in helping us look after the garden at Abergavenny Community Centre! We'll be planting some cheery annual flowers and doing some weeding, digging and watering tasks to help the garden bloom this summer.

Abergavenny Community Centre is a place for everyone to come together. The Centre is supported by local volunteers and aims to improve the lives of residents through a wide range of activities & events.

Please read this important information before booking:

- You are kindly asked not to attend if you or any of your household are displaying symptoms of coronavirus.

- The session is most suitable for ages 2+ but babes in slings / buggies are welcome too.

- Spaces are free, though limited. Please book in advance.

- When booking please select one space per person (whether adult or child).

- All children must be accompanied by an adult with a maximum of 2 children per adult.

- Equipment will be provided but please wear clothes suitable for getting dirty, and please dress for the weather.

- If you know in advance you are no longer able to attend, please let us know so we can release your places to people on the waiting list.

- This session is part of our Abergavenny pilot programme, kindly funded by Monmouthshire County Council and Monmouthshire Housing Association 

with support also from GAVO.
