Ready to roll up your sleeves and help care for local woodland birds on a sunny summer afternoon?
This July, the Family Volunteering Club invites families and young conservationists for a rewarding afternoon of community action at Felin Puleston. Mid‑summer is a busy time for local birds as they raise their hungry summer fledglings, and we need your creativity and teamwork to create natural feeding havens across this beautiful green space!
Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or looking to get involved for the first time, everyone is welcome. Designed specifically for families with children aged 0–9, you will work alongside the Family Volunteering Club team to craft fully sustainable, plastic‑free bird feeders, hang them across the vital community spaces at Felin, and take one home to care for the wildlife in your own backyard.
