About The Event
Get ready for a fun and thoughtful family volunteering session where creativity meets compassion! Children and their grown-ups are invited to a hands-on workshop where they will learn to make a variety of paper crafts, including decorated pen holders. Using colourful marker pens, kids can let their imaginations run wild – adding patterns, pictures, and most importantly, a kindness message like “You matter,” “You are loved,” or “Stay strong.”
But this isn't just arts and crafts. Every item made during the session will be donated to a local charity, bringing a small but meaningful gift to someone who may be going through a difficult time. Whether it's a pen holder for a desk or a cheerful note to read, each creation carries a message of hope and care.
