Planting for ponies!

Join us for a hands-on session at Wisbech Community Farm, where we’ll be planting a selection of herbs in planters as a special enrichment treat for the farm’s horses! These herbs not only support the animals’ wellbeing but also give us a chance to explore how plants and animals can work together in a

therapeutic environment.

During the session, we’ll also learn about the important role animals play in therapeutic settings — from calming anxiety to building confidence and emotional connection. A lovely opportunity for families to get stuck into nature, meet the animals, and discover the power of care and connection on

the farm.

For families who sign up, you are welcome to bring your own picnic and enjoy the farm before the session begins at 1pm.
