About The Event
Join us for this very exciting session as we go behind the scenes at London Transport Museum's Acton Depot and help maintain the miniature railway! We will be outdoors painting the sheds where the miniature railway trains live and doing general maintenance of the railway track before, as a reward for all our hard work, having a ride on the train itself. Choo choo!
Suitable for ages 5+.
London Transport Museum explores the story of London and its transport system over the last 200 years, highlighting the powerful link between transport and the growth of modern London, culture and society since 1800. Alongside its wonderful museum and depot, they offer learning opportunities, skills development and engaging programming to a wide variety of audiences.
